Return & Exchange Policy
You must contact us via email us at paws@dogdiggity.com.au first to let us know the issue with the product and wait for an approval return email. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return.

1. Incorrectly sized items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Custom printed items can not be returned, unless the product is faulty.
3. We will not accepted any items for return that have been worn or washed.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned.
Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.
Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned:
All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee.
We do not reimburse shipping charges.
