BRANDING ORDERS

GET A QUOTE

Please send us an email with the following information:

1 Product/style name – T-shirt, Hoodie, Tote Bag or Sacs (from our website).
2 Approximate quantity you are considering purchasing.
3 The logo you want added to the garment or promotional item.

Logo/Artwork Files – PDF is our preferred format and is essential for cutting.

We will endeavour to provide you with a quotation as soon as possible. We will often include artwork mock-ups showing you how the finished product will look.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Once you’ve decided on the garments you’d like to order, we need the following info:
a) Product, colour and quantity of each size.
b) Your logo or decoration details if we don’t already have them.
c) Your address details for invoicing and delivery.

Once we have this information we will send you an Order Confirmation and Payment Invoice.
For most new orders we include artwork proofs for your approval prior to production.

We require upfront payment before we can proceed with your order. Payment methods include Direct Deposit or PayPal

Most garment orders take 2 to 4 weeks to turnaround depending on stock availability and your delivery location.

Please note: We have a no return or exchange policy except on faulty merchandise.

NEED SAMPLES?

We understand that seeing a web image of a garment isn’t always sufficient. We’ll do our best to accommodate your sample requests but note that we have a limited sample range. We are not a warehouse and we don’t stock all the garments we sell. This means we can’t always provide you with a specific size or colour. And because we can’t send out the full size range, our website includes sizing charts to guide you.

At this stage sending out samples will depend on stock levels and other factors.
